On Sunday, July 1st we close our popular “Gone for a Soldier:” Jerseymen in the Civil War exhibit. The 27th NJ Company F reenactors will present an encampment in the garden from 1pm to 4pm. The reenactors will be availaable to meet visitors, answer questions and share camp life information with visitors to the Museum garden. This small camp will include a battlelfield surgeon and an officer’s tent set up. This demonstration is presented in conjunction with the final day of the “Gone for a Soldier:” Jerseymen in the Civil War exhibit.
