Administrative Program Assistant:

The Arts Council of the Morris Area seeks an organized, arts-loving individual to work in our vibrant environment. The Administrative Program Assistant position is an opportunity for an experienced individual to have a key role within a small staff, responsible for providing administrative support for the Arts Council’s programs and development activities, in addition to overseeing management of the office.


The successful candidate must possess 1-3 years of comparable experience; ability to work independently; strong organizational skills with ability to gracefully manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining an attention to detail; excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with using and maintaining a database; social media and graphic design experience and/or knowledge of Exchange Server a plus.
