Joseph M. Goryeb is the former principal, Co-President/COO of Champion Mortgage Co., Inc., often cited as one of the fastest growing privately held companies one of the “10 Best Companies to Work For.” He oversaw Sales, Marketing and Loan Operations and set the strategic direction of Champion, which also has one of the finest reputations and corporate cultures in the mortgage banking industry. The community-minded Goryeb family contributed the seed money for the Goryeb Children’s Hospital, which opened in 2002, attracting top doctors to and providing excellent care at the 85,000 sq. ft. medical facility for children and their families. Goryeb also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for The Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) in Morristown, NJ. A Board Trustee for over thirteen years, he chairs the building committee overseeing the completion of three major renovations of MPAC, which have transformed it into one of the premier Performing Arts Centers in the area. Now retired, Goryeb spends some time in Scottsdale, Arizona where he is a member of the Board of Directors for The Rocks Residence Club. He lives in Mendham, NJ with his wife, Jeanne, and their four boys.

Since 2008, Sichak has occupied the position of co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. He served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the NJSO from August 2005 until January 2007. Sichak was appointed Senior Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain for Becton Dickinson (BD), a global medical device and life science manufacturing company, in January 2009. In this role, he is responsible for the overall leadership of the company’s operations including: environmental sustainability, procurement, manufacturing and distribution. Sichak joined BD in 1993 and held various marketing and general management positions during his early career. In 2000, he was named Chief Information Officer for the Company. Prior to his current role, he served as the President of the Preanalytical Systems business from October 2004 until January 2009. Born in Chicago, Illinois, Sichak holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemistry (DePaul University) and a Masters of Management (the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University). He and his wife reside in Wanaque, New Jersey and have one adult daughter. He loves to fly and is an instrument-rated private pilot.
