A recent transplant from Houston, TX, to Bernardsville with his wife and twin 10 year old girls, Marc Adee spends much of his free time attending his daughters’ various softball related activities – and getting to know New Jersey. He heads Crum & Forster – an insurance company that offers a variety of specialty products, including insurance for pet health, propane distributors, security guards, YMCA’s, explosive contractors, travel, small NYC businesses, lawyers, bail bonds. While Crum & Forster’s home office is in Morristown, the company has 2,000 employees in over 50 locations producing $2 billion of revenue. He joined the Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd., Crum & Forster’s parent organization, in 2000. Prior to his current role, Adee held leadership positions in three of C&F’s subsidiaries – as president and CEO of Fairmont Specialty, Seneca, and CoverXSpecialty. Marc holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

Responsible for leading the Bank’s wealth, lending, and deposit solutions and directing its overall strategic vision, Doug is a career banker with over 35 years of commercial banking experience. Before joining Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2012, he served as president of the New Jersey Market for Capital One Bank and North Fork Bank and held key executive positions, successfully building business at Fleet Bank, Summit Bancorp and Bank of America. A graduate of Sacred Heart University (Fairfield, CT) with a degree in Economics and an M.B.A, he was named 2015 CEO of the Year by Corporate LiveWire (as part of its Innovation & Excellence Awards) and named to the NJBIZ “Power 50 Banking” and the NJBIZ “Power 50: The 50 Most Powerful Non-Profit Board Members” lists in 2011. Also in 2011, he received the Carpe Diem Award from Montclair State University and was named “Man of the Year” by the Boy Scouts of America. A current member of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, he is on the Board of Trustees for Montclair State and Sacred Heart Universities. He has served as President of NJ After 3 and as a Board Member of the New Jersey Bankers Association.
