This 1988, 1992, 1996 and 2000 Olympian has made an indelible impact in sports and society. With her legendary three-decade elite career as a half-mile runner, Clark Diggs was one of the best middle distance runners in the world. After retiring, she has contributed to society as an inspiring motivational speaker, respected businesswoman, critically acclaimed author, noted television personality and advocate for children’s health & fitness initiatives. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, she established The Joetta Clark Diggs Sports Foundation in 2002 to promote involvement with physical activities and academic achievement for children in grades K-12. The Foundation has brought happiness and education to over 50,000 children. In 2009, she authored her first book, Joetta’s “P” Principles For Success: Life Lessons Learned From Track & Field and was inducted into the USA Track & Field Hall of Fame. In 2013, the New Jersey native was inducted into the NJ Hall of Fame. The host of a popular weekly radio program, “Checking In With Joetta,” she is also the daughter of Dr. Joe Clark, subject of the movie, Lean on Me. A champion equestrian who actively competed on the “A” show circuit his entire life, Richter sits on the Board of Directors of the United States Equestrian Federation, the national governing body of equestrian sports in the United States. He also serves on the Board of the United States Equestrian Team Foundation, the Hampton Classic Horse Show, the Lake Placid Horse Show and on the investment committee of the United States Equestrian Team. Additionally, Richter co-founded Hollow Brook Wealth Management LLC in 2003, which provides global wealth management services to individuals, families, foundations, pension plans, and endowments.  He is responsible for Hollow Brook’s compliance, operations, and business development.  Prior to Hollow Brook, Richter was an equity research analyst at Ingalls & Snyder LLC, a private investment firm in New York.  Previously, he served as Managing Director of Knickerbocker LLC, a private family office, where he managed an alternative investment portfolio in private equity, venture capital, and alternative investments. Philip is a graduate of Boston College and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
