In 2014, prior to joining investors Bank, he co-founded FTC Methods, a highly successful professional development and consulting firm primarily focused on the financial services industry. As co-founder, Dennis developed engaging learning programs, and was a highly sought after public speaker, motivator, and educator. Before FTC Methods, Dennis was recognized as a prominent entrepreneur and business leader, owning several successful businesses, including a gourmet bread bakery, an auto paint supply company, and a restaurant. He also excelled in financial sales, garnering recognition as Top Producer, Sales Manager, and Program Director. Throughout his entire career, Dennis has dedicated himself to helping others by teaching the most effective success principles and how to apply them. In his high-energy learning programs, he shares the information he acquired in the fields of positive psychology and self science, as well as his personal experiences as a successful financial professional and entrepreneur.

How does a former aspiring screenwriter who attended NYU Film school, managed a free weekly alternative newspaper in Iowa, worked in various software startups in Silicon Valley, ran product and technology for cable television companies, and led new smart home spin outs at ADT end up as the Chief Innovation Officer for Avis Budget Group? And just what the heck IS a Chief Innovation Officer?? In this newly established position (2016), Arthur works to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to keep pace with changing customer expectations and to drive sustained, profitable growth. Larry De Shon, Avis Budget’s CEO states, “Arthur’s role will be to foster a culture of innovation to strengthen our brands and drive our business forward.” Arthur most recently served as chief innovation officer for The ADT Corp and, prior to that, he was chief technology officer and then chief product officer with Canoe Ventures, LLC, a joint venture founded by the top six U.S. cable companies. Arthur is grateful that Chumley’s finally reopened and that his darling wife and two talented kids can still put up with him.
Anthony R. Slimowicz, Esq. Crum & Forster Insurance Company – Executive Vice President
At Crum & Forster Insurance (C&F), Anthony manages more than 700 professionals operating nationally in the areas of human resources, claims, risk engineering, real estate, facilities, marketing along with several business units. He has previously held leadership positions in law and finance, including Zurich Financial Services (Switzerland), as VP & Director of Global Corporate Customer Service, managing international operations/activities affecting 900+ professionals handling claims, risk engineering and customer service and guiding strategic direction of service units across all lines of business on a worldwide basis. Anthony was Department Director and Attorney with American International Group (NY), worked in public accounting (Ernst and Young), and held clerkships/internships with the Superior Court of NJ, the US District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the Connecticut State’s Attorney’s Office. In 2009 and 2010, he was appointed by New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s transition team and has been a member and served as Vice Chair of the NJIT University’s Board. In 2013, he was honored as the Boy Scout’s Outstanding Eagle Scout of the year, recognized by NJBIZ as Finalist for the “General Counsel of the Year Award” and two companies he founded were nominated for that year’s NJBIZ “Emerging Business of the Year Award.” In 2016, Mr. Slimowicz was appointed to the Board of Trustees for Clara Maass Medical Center, which is a part of the RWJBarnabas Health facility and received the Freedom House Distinguished Citizen Award. With a BS in accounting (Seton Hall) and a JD in law (Quinnipiac University), Anthony is a licensed attorney in NJ and DC and admitted to the US Supreme Court.
