Irene Chang Britt. Independent Board Director & Strategic Advisor; 30 years in Consumer Packaged Goods including President and C-Suite executive at Pepperidge Farm
Irene Chang Britt is a former Fortune 500 C-Suite executive, with 30 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. She has a distinguished track record at companies such as Campbell Soup, Kraft Foods, Nabisco and Kimberly-Clark, leading many businesses to transformational success. She retired as President of Pepperidge Farm in 2015 and currently serves as an Independent Director on three public company boards: Dunkin’ Brands Group, Inc. (Chair N&CG Committee), Tailored Brands Inc. and TerraVia Inc. Irene’s not-for-profit service includes the NACD New York Board of Directors, the Catalyst Board of Advisors and Women in America.  Her many honors and awards for business and community accomplishments include Directors & Boards Magazine’s “2016 Directors to Watch,” Top Women in Grocery and the NJ Business Hall of Fame. She remains extensively involved in mentoring women and people of color in business. Irene earned her B.A. from the University of Toronto and her M.B.A., with honors, from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Jami McKeon. Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP – Partner, Chair of the Firm; among The National Law Journal’s “75 Most Outstanding Women Lawyers”
Chair of Morgan Lewis, McKeon directs the firm’s strategic growth and its steadfast commitment to client service and is one of the few women leading global law firms. As the leader of one of the biggest law firms in the United States, and one of the Global 25, she oversees the work of 2,000 lawyers across 30 offices. She is an accomplished trial lawyer and counsels clients in high-stakes crisis litigation and regulatory investigations, focusing on the financial services and technology industries. McKeon addresses audiences at premier legal and industry conferences across the globe, including the Financial Times’ “Innovative Lawyers North America Awards” ceremony, the American Banker’s Mentor Factor 2016 Women’s Conference, and the Million Dollar Rainmaker Panel. She is committed to diversity in the legal profession, and robust pro bono and community service. To that end, McKeon sits on the Board of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, is the recipient of The American Red Cross Lifetime Achievement Award, and the winner of the United Way Women’s Leadership Initiative Award. She lives with her husband and four children in the Philadelphia area.

Robin Rotenberg. BASF – VP, Corporate Communications & Chief Communications Officer; former President, BASF Canada
Rotenberg leads all strategic and tactical elements of BASF’s internal and external communications in North America, including media relations, marketing communications, advertising, executive communications, community relations, employee communications, trade shows and special events, and brand management. Prior to her current position, Rotenberg was President of BASF Canada, where she was responsible for all BASF businesses in Canada, including Agricultural Products and Nutrition, Chemicals, Performance Products and Plastics. In addition, she managed BASF Canada’s internal services including Communications, Legal, Human Resources, Finance and Logistics. Prior to that, Rotenberg was BASF Canada’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, with responsibility for Communications, Legal, Insurance, and Real Estate issues. She holds a BA in Political Studies, a Bachelors of Education (Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario), a JD (U Western Ontario) and joined the Ontario Bar in 1987. In 2012, Rotenberg and her department received PRSA’s Pyramid Award, Best Special Program category, for the development and implementation of BASF’s science education programs throughout North America. A native of Toronto, she lives in northern New Jersey with her husband, and together, they have three children and a grandson.

Linda Wellbrock. CEO & Founder of Leading Women Entrepreneurs, a media and events company that recognizes outstanding women business owners and entrepreneurs
Dedicated to the overall advancement of women and diversity efforts, Wellbrock showcases the efforts and accomplishments of innovative and influential women entrepreneurs. She previously co-founded Own It Ventures, holding conferences and promoting opportunities for women entrepreneurs. After an initial career path in the financial industry, Wellbrook held a leadership position with publishing and recently, she created global women entrepreneurial retreats in Norway and Ireland. A seasoned spokesperson and advocate for women’s business issues, Linda has been featured in multiple media interviews and print publications including a cover story on NJBIZ, Newsweek, New Jersey Monthly Magazine, One on One with Steve Adubato, Fox 5 News, Enterprising Woman Magazine, North Jersey Women Magazine, NJ.com, The Asbury Park Press, The Star Ledger, and more. In addition to speaking at university and business forums, she was a featured presenter for Tory Burch (Elizabeth Street Capital Foundation), Senator Booker, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), and Institute for Supply Management (ISM), among others. Wellbrock hosts her own educational forums to educate women about the value of certifications, procurement opportunities and the resources for business growth. A graduate of Northeastern, she holds a MBA (Entrepreneurial Studies) from Fairleigh Dickinson and resides in New Jersey with her husband and three young children.
