How do I
become an Arts Council member?
We have many membership categories to choose from, including Individual
membership, Arts Group membership, Artist Registry membership, School
membership, and Corporate Support of the Arts. Membership/ Donor benefits include
the quarterly Newsletter ARTS MATTERS and the Arts Calendar featuring
a comprehensive look at what's new in the arts in the Morris area,
invitations to special events and activities including the Arts
Council's annual Celebrate the Arts award event, Technical
Assistance workshops and seminars. Most of all, your support and
participation in the Arts Council means we can bring more programs and

How do I
join the Artist Registry?
It's easy!
Each registry member submits information to their file which they want
included, ie: resumé, press releases, promotional materials, slides or
tapes, etc., along with their annual contribution of $35, which helps us
maintain the files and publicize the registry. Information contained in each file is available for
viewing, at no cost, to members of the community in search of an artist.

the Arts Council hold its technical assistance and networking workshops

including how to gain practical, up-to-date tips on
marketing, promoting & pricing artwork for sale through galleries,
museums, fairs, shops, mail order internet and alternative methods, plus
much more. These workshops are always sell-outs, so watch your
