Morris View residents enjoying klezmer band, Tsu Fil Duvids
With funding from the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, the Arts Council provides artistic programming for a monthly concert series held at the county’s Morris View Healthcare Center. Programming is varied and brings everything from choral groups and jazz musicians to classical chamber groups, dancers, magicians and folk singers to Morris View, providing entertainment and stimulation for the residents, staff and visitors on the third Saturday of each month, 12 months a year.
This year’s schedule features performances by Masterwork Chorus, The Morris Music Men (barbershop quartets), VIRAGO (folk/Rock women’s duo), Grover Kemble and Friends, Morris Choral Society, Tsu Fil Duvids, Hungrytown, Dr. Dubious and the Agnostics (a 5 pc. hot jazz band), Harmonium Choral Society, The Dolce Trio and Jeff&Karen Acoustic Duo.
