Nancy Corcoran-Davidoff. Hackensack Meridian Health Network – EVP & Chief Experience Officer
As the daughter of a nurse and chief negotiator/collaborator among her nine siblings, Nancy was perfectly primed to become Hackensack Meridian Health’s first Chief Experience Officer. Formerly the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources and Internal Communications Officer of Hackensack University Heath Network, she leads a team of professionals with expertise in experience design, data analytics, storytelling, conflict resolution and empathetic communication – focusing on humanizing the health experience and insuring joyful experiences and positive outcomes for patients, their families and care teams. She holds a BA, a Masters of Administrative Science, and board certification in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Passionate about healthcare and her community, she is a member of or serves on the boards of multiple organizations including the Beryl Institute, Women in Philanthropy, Healthcare Innovation Forums as well as The Center for Hope and Safety, Bergen County’s leading full-service agency for victims of domestic violence. She loves biking near her summer home on Long Beach Island, playing tennis with husband Barry, finding treasures with her son Colin, or celebrating happy mo

Carrie Eglinton Manner. Quest Diagnostics – SVP, Advanced Diagnostics; Chair of the Board for Thrive Networks
Eglinton Manner is responsible for growing and enhancing Advanced Diagnostics, an area of the business based on genetic and molecular diagnostics requiring special expertise or technology in the areas of women’s health, oncology and neurology testing. Prior to joining Quest Diagnostics in January 2017, her two-decade career with GE Healthcare spanned multiple product portfolios, functions and business environments. Most recently, she served as President and CEO of GE Healthcare’s Detection & Guidance Solutions business. This $3-billion business specialized in advanced X-Ray technologies. Eglinton Manner holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
(Notre Dame U). She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and serves as Chair of the Board for Thrive Networks, an international NGO pioneering evidence-based programs and technologies in health, water, sanitation and education for underserved populations in Southeast Asia.

 

 

 

 

Joe Wilkins. Atlantic Health System – SVP & Chief Transformation Officer
As a medical industry executive, Wilkins has repeatedly driven transformations – in revenue, operations, technology integration, and quality of services to patients, physicians and consumers. Previously, he led commercial operations teams at Quest Diagnostics which delivered more than $100M in revenue growth, shaped enterprise and business development, and formed key strategic partnerships. Prior to Quest, Wilkins enjoyed 28 years with Danaher – Beckman Coulter, where he  pioneered systems, restructured teams, captured opportunities to grow margin contribution $120M+, while shepherding a successful integration after a $1B acquisition of Coulter. Driven to improve healthcare access, affordability and outcomes, Wilkins balances business with community service, undertaking leadership and governance roles with multiple regional healthcare boards and professional associations. In California, Wilkins also chaired hospital associations, advisory committees, and was a Trustee for the American Hospital Association (AHA). He currently serves on AHA’s Committee on Strategy and Innovation and on its Board for the Institute for Diversity and Equity. Board Certified in Healthcare Management as an American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow, he holds an MBA in Finance (Argosy University), certification in Population Health Management (California Hospital Association), and corporate governance certifications (USC, Forum of Corporate Board Directors, and UC, Irvine).
