Maloney Gallery opened Expresiones Latinx II on September 18

On Wednesday, September 18, Expresiones Latinx II, the partner exhibit to Expresiones Latinx I (which  opened at Morris Arts’ Gallery at 14 Maple on September 12th) opened at the Maloney Gallery, Annunciation Center at the College of St. Elizabeth, 2 COnvent Rd., Morristown.

Also co-curated by Virginia Fabbri Butera, PhD, and Will Suarez, MFA, Expresiones Latinx II is an entirely unique exhibit and features works by 30 emerging and established Latinx artists whose works reflect the extraordinary variety of expression and experience of the Latinx communities within New Jersey. 

Expresiones Latinx I and II  were conceived as part of LatinX ConeXiones, a project of the nearly 30 cultural organizations in the Arts & Culture Collaborative, showcasing the arts and culture of Latinx artists in Morris County and other communities through more than 26 performances, fine art and craft exhibitions, music, dance, literature, poetry, theatre, food, history, installations and other creative disciplines from August through November 2019.
