Responsible for finance functions including audit, treasury, tax, insurance, operations planning and analysis (OP&A), corporate controllership, business finance and analytics, and Pfizer’s Global Supply organization, Frank led the acquisition and integration of multiple pharmaceuticals companies (Wyeth, King, Anacor, Hospira and Medivation, Inc.), the spin-off of Pfizer’s animal health business (Zoetis), and the sales of its nutrition business to Nestle and its Capsugel business to KKR. Frank also led the formation of Viatris Inc. from Upjohn and Mylan. Previously, he was Senior Executive VP of Integration and Chief Administrative Officer of Alcatel-Lucent, responsible for their integration/merger as well as procurement, real estate, IT and supply chain. Before that merger, he was COO and Exec VP/CFO of Lucent, shepherding the company through critical times after its spinoff from AT&T.  A NJ native, with an MBA in Finance (St. John’s) and BS in Accounting (St. Peter’s), Frank held increasingly responsible positions within AT&T after his start in financial, accounting and general management at Bell Labs. Ranked among America’s top CFO’s by Institutional Investor and Treasury & Risk magazines, Frank serves on the Boards of Humana, Inc. (chairing their Audit Committee), Zoetis, Inc., and the Independent College Fund of New Jersey. As an avid sports fan, Frank collects sports memorabilia and loves to watch his teams play.

Ruth Clements, Quest Diagnostics – VP/General Manager,  Infectious Disease & Immunology
Responsible for managing the growth of Quest’s IDI business, focusing on creating value for customers through market creation, expansion, and overall portfolio lifecycle management, Ruth has also been instrumental in Quest’s response planning for Covid-19.  She joined Quest in 2019 from Novartis, where she had most recently served as Commercial Lead – New Product Marketing Respiratory & Dermatology, responsible for the development of disease area strategies and the evaluation of business development opportunities. Prior to that position, Ruth held other strategic roles at Novartis such as Executive Director – Head of Marketing Neuroscience; and VP Marketing and Sales & Business Unit Head – Neuroscience. She has also held several key management positions during her career at Acorda Therapeutics, Bayer, Organon and Allergan. Ruth holds a master’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Utrecht (The Netherlands).

Nicole Bennett, CEO of Pethealth Inc.
Nicole’s 27 year career in insurance took her from Canada, to the UK, and, eventually, to the U.S. She started her career straight out of the University of Waterloo, Canada (Bachelor of Mathematics, Actuarial Science Major) into Fairfax Financial Holdings, and then into Crum & Forster. Her roles in IT, Operations, Underwriting, Organizational Design, HR, company culture, strategic management, and Chief of Staff, all led up to her current role as CEO of Pethealth Inc.  Pethealth business lines include shelter management software, RFID microchip identification, lost pet recovery services, medical insurance for pets, and VioVet, one of the UK’s largest online veterinary supply retailers. A foodie who loves to entertain for holidays or just regular weekends, Nicole will always host a crowd. Travel is another love.  A street food tour in Vietnam, a favorite, combined both! Nicole now calls New Jersey home with her husband, son and daughter. Don’t forget Cooper, the family’s crazy yellow lab.  Since COVID has squelched any travel plans and big-crowd gatherings, Nicole is left with her tried and true hobby that never disappoints, taking Cooper on hikes in the area where he can also enjoy a long swim!
