Pfizer– CFO and EVP Global Supply

Responsible for finance functions including audit, treasury, tax, insurance, operations planning and analysis (OP&A), corporate controllership, business finance and analytics, and Pfizer’s Global Supply organization, Frank led the acquisition and integration of multiple pharmaceuticals companies (Wyeth, King, Anacor, Hospira and Medivation, Inc.), the spin-off of Pfizer’s animal health business (Zoetis), and the sales of its nutrition business to Nestle and its Capsugel business to KKR. Frank also led the formation of Viatris Inc. from Upjohn and Mylan. Previously, he was Senior Executive VP of Integration and Chief Administrative Officer of Alcatel-Lucent, responsible for their integration/merger as well as procurement, real estate, IT and supply chain. Before that merger, he was COO and Exec VP/CFO of Lucent, shepherding the company through critical times after its spinoff from AT&T.  A NJ native, with an MBA in Finance (St. John’s) and BS in Accounting (St. Peter’s), Frank held  increasingly responsible positions within AT&T after his start in financial, accounting and general management at Bell Labs. Ranked among America’s top CFO’s by Institutional Investor and Treasury & Risk magazines, Frank serves on the Boards of Humana, Inc. (chairing their Audit Committee), Zoetis, Inc., and the Independent College Fund of New Jersey. As an avid sports fan, Frank collects sports memorabilia and loves to watch his teams play.
