Leading real estate development, architecture and design for all of the Company’s brands, concepts and facilities domestically and internationally, Stanchak is spearheading the conversion of The Abbey in Morris Township into a RH design center and restaurant. Dave identified the venue a few years back as an ideal location for RH to showcase the company’s wares and indulge guests in a grand and historic setting. Prior to his appointment as President (2017), he served as RH’s Chief Real Estate and Transformation Officer since May 2017 and Chief Real Estate and Development Officer from May 2015 to May 2017. From 2008 to 2013, Stanchak was Senior Vice President of Dick’s Sporting Goods and President of Golf Galaxy and, since 1995, he has also been President and owner of Pinpoint Real Estate. Over his 30-year career in the commercial real estate industry, Stanchak has worked as a senior executive, board member, consultant, investor, real estate broker and attorney in all aspects of high-growth, multi-unit retail brand development. He has had direct responsibility for opening more than 2,500 retail store locations, managing real estate portfolios and deploying in excess of $2 billion for retailers including RH, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Field & Stream, Golf Galaxy, True Runner, DSW, Filene’s Basement, Mike Ditka’s Steakhouse, James Hardie Building Products, Blockbuster Entertainment, Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp. and Boston Market.

Responsible for Bridge’s acquisition and development activities of industrial properties throughout the Northeast region, Jeff successfully completed development transactions on over 12.5 million square feet of industrial real estate in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, valued in excess of $2.25 billion. Previously President/Partner of Heller Industrial Parks Inc., one of the nation’s largest privately held owner/developers of industrial real estate, Jeff brought his 30+ years of experience in commercial real estate to developing the long-term vision and direction of the company, running its daily operations and growing its industrial development portfolio by over 10 million square feet to a total of 16 million square feet in 6 states.  Jeff holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and received degrees from several real estate programs at Harvard University. He currently serves on the National Executive Board of NAIOP and is a member of the Board of Trustees of NAIOP-NJ, and is past President of NAIOP-NJ. In addition, he serves on the Advisory Boards of the DiLella Real Estate Center at Villanova University, Rutgers Center for Real Estate, and the New Jersey School of Architecture – NJIT. Jeff is also a member of SIOR and IOREBA.
