Rob Donnelly Jr. | Vice Chairman, Cushman & Wakefield
Robert Donnelly Jr. joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2002, specializing in commercial leasing and sales. Mr. Donnelly has concluded many strategic leasing assignments including tenant representation, landlord representation, sublease dispositions, and build to suit lease transactions on behalf of clients including AT&T, Alcatel-Lucent, BASF, General Electric, JP Morgan Chase, Fiserv, Deloitte, New York Life Insurance, Verizon, Pfizer, Zoetis and Hewlett Packard. Currently, he leads the marketing efforts for Headquarters Plaza, a 700,000 SF office and mixed-use complex located in Morristown, NJ. 
 
Debra Tantleff | Founding Principal, Tantum Real Estate
As Founding Principal of TANTUM Real Estate, Debra Tantleff operates a certified Women’s Business Enterprise boutique development and advisory firm focused on creating vibrant multi-family and mixed-use communities in the New Jersey region. Prior to founding TANTUM, Ms. Tantleff was a Vice President of Development at Roseland Property Company, where she established a highly acclaimed reputation for delivering exceptional mixed-use projects, with a portfolio that grew to more than 5,000 residential units and 200,000 square feet of retail space. Ms. Tantleff serves as Chair of the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) and is a member of the Executive Committee at the Center for Real Estate at Rutgers Business School; she sits on the Board of Trustees for the Meadowlands 2040 Foundation and the Board of Directors for Downtown New Jersey. 
 
Suzanne Tick | CEO, Textile Designer, Suzanne Tick Inc.
Suzanne Tick maintains a distinguished career as a CEO, textile designer, weaver and Vedic Meditation teacher in New York City. She is currently the Creative Director at Luum Textiles and Design Partner with Skyline Design. Tick was inducted into the ASID College of Honorary Fellows in 2022 and Interior Design Magazine’s Hall of Fame in 2023. She is known for her intelligent and enthusiastic approach to design in evolving markets, as well as her conviction to provide innovative solutions with a nod towards sustainability and wellness.
 
Frank Vitolo, Esq. | Co-Chair, Land Use Group, Sills Cummis & Gross
Frank J. Vitolo, a Member of the Sills Cummis & Gross Real Estate Department, is a recognized leader in planning, zoning and redevelopment law. He served as lead development counsel for many of the region’s major real estate projects, including Valley Bank’s new Morristown headquarters and the planning and redevelopment of M-Station Morristown – Deloitte’s new headquarters in New Jersey. Mr. Vitolo has also obtained favorable outcomes for clients involved in complex partnership and real estate disputes, and won dismissal of product liability and consumer fraud actions in federal and state courts. He has practiced law in New Jersey and New York for over twenty years.
