Join us at Sanofi’s state-of-the-art facility for breakfast, networking, and an insightful discussion about Engagement by Design. During the discussion, our panel of experts will highlight how art and design contribute to this best-in-class workplace built around connection, wellbeing, innovation, community, and sustainability.
Registration, breakfast, and networking will take place from 7:30-8:30 AM and the panel discussion from 8:30-9:30 AM.

Gabriella D'Italia
Artist, Writer
Gabriella D’Italia is an interdisciplinary fine artist, writer, and Master Gardener. Her work explores home, nature, female identity and the contributions of these environments to our human wisdom and sustenance. Her visual work belongs to public and private collections. It is exhibited internationally, most recently at The Visual Arts Center of New Jersey in Summit, The Center for Contemporary Art (Bedminster, NJ), and Perimeter Gallery in Belfast, Maine. Her writing includes a memoir, Getting Dressed In The Dark: An Artist’s Way Home, from Unsolicited Press (2025) and can also be found in Hobart, UMVA Quarterly Journal, and Depot Magazine. She is a featured author and speaker for events by Watershed Literary Events and Arts by the People. She serves on the Advisory Council for Mildred’s Lane, an experimental cultural organization where interdisciplinary visionaries collaborate at the intersections of art, ecology, science, and history. D’Italia grew up in Morristown, NJ. She holds an MFA in Intermedia from the University of Maine, Orono.
Meaghan Hollywood
Senior Director of Global Real Estate, Sanofi
Meaghan Hollywood is Senior Director of Global Real Estate and Global Design Lead at Sanofi, where she drives real estate and workplace strategy across the company’s global portfolio. With 10 years at Sanofi, she brings deep experience shaping environments that support innovation, performance, and a high-quality employee experience.
In her role as Global Design Lead, Meaghan guides the design vision and standards for all Sanofi workplace projects worldwide, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s values while responding to regional and cultural needs. Her work spans major headquarters transformations, portfolio optimization, and global site refreshes, with a strong focus on sustainability, inclusive design, and creating accessible workplaces that support the wellbeing of all employees.
Keenan Hughes
Vice President – Planning & Development, SJP Properties
Keenan Hughes is Vice President – Planning & Development of SJP Properties. Keenan collaborates closely with SJP’s executive team to identify new opportunities for growth, streamline development processes, and lead redevelopment plans while ensuring zoning compliance. With a focus on sustainability, innovation, and community engagement, Keenan plays a key role in shaping the future of SJP Properties and delivering value to its clients and stakeholders.
Prior to joining SJP, Hughes was a principal of Phillips Preiss Grygiel Leheny Hughes LLC for 13 years and advised both government entities and private clients throughout the tri-state area on planning and zoning matters. He has appeared as an expert witness in Superior Court and before land use boards in over 150 municipalities. He currently serves as Chair of the Counselors of Real Estate Consulting Corps Committee and Vice Chair of the New Jersey chapter. Hughes holds an M.S. in Historic Preservation from Pratt Institute and a B.A in History from Kenyon College. He is a licensed Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey and a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.
Sean Massey
Sr. Director, Transit-Oriented Development, NJ TRANSIT
Sean is the Senior Director of Transit Oriented Development at NJ TRANSIT. He is responsible for NJ TRANSIT’s property development initiatives, including active projects in Hoboken, Woodbridge, Jersey City, Red Bank, Somerville and locations across the agency’s real estate portfolio. Sean previously led development and capital projects for the Maryland Department of Transportation and New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority.
He holds a BA in English and Political Science from Rutgers College, and Masters in City and Regional Planning from the Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
