Pumpkin Illumination

Each autumn, the Morris County community gathers at the Vail Mansion Reflecting Pool for Pumpkin Illumination. This spellbinding evening features live music, a luminary parade, art workshop, and of course, a brilliant illuminating pumpkin display. 

A FREE, family-friendly event, Pumpkin Illumination is the perfect way to enjoy the arts in a beautiful outdoor setting. Bring your carved pumpkins and celebrate fall with us in just a few weeks.

Pumpkin Illumination 2024

We’re excited to announce that our 15th Annual Pumpkin Illumination will be Saturday, October 26, 2024!

Join us at the Vail Mansion Reflecting Pool, 10 South St, Morristown, NJ, for a FREE, family-friendly event with:

– Live music
– A luminary parade
– Art workshop
– Storytelling with Kit’s Interactive Theatre
– Illuminating Pumpkin Display

Schedule of Events:

5:00 PM – The Sleepy Hollow Halloween Story by Kit’s Interactive Theatre
6:00 PM – Scarecrow Decorating Workshop led by Dan Fenelon
6:30 PM – Luminary Parade
6:45 PM – Illuminating Pumpkin Display – bring your carved jack-o-lantern and we’ll provide the lights!
