Morris Arts’ annual Commercial Real Estate Breakfast will take place Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Sanofi’s new Morristown office. The morning will kick off with breakfast and networking from 7:30-8:30 AM followed by a panel discussion from 8:30-9:30 AM focused on how art and design contribute to Sanofi’s best-in-class workplace.

Co-chaired by Morris Arts’ board members Conor Evans of CB Construction Management and Becky Button of Gensler, this event is an important part of Morris Arts’ mission. Each year, the breakfast examines relevant topics in commercial real estate through an artistic lens. This year’s focus is Engagement by Design.

Engagement by Design at Sanofi

Sanofi’s new Morristown office is a vibrant and dynamic space, providing many amenities that create a lively environment for its employees. The building which opened in May of 2025, features:

  • Flexible and comfortable workspaces designed to look like home offices
  • Colorful murals and artwork decorating the hallways
  • The largest outdoor terrace in New Jersey which includes covered seating, a bar, and an exercise studio
  • Wellness rooms with Pelotons
  • An onsite health clinic
  • A popular, contemporary restaurant open all day
  • A farmer’s market on Wednesdays
  • Easy access to public transportation which Sanofi fully subsidizes for employees

“Workplaces designed to connect and inspire employees are the future,” said co-chair, Conor Evans. “Spaces like Sanofi create an active, collaborative environment that makes it easy for employees to come together and do their best work.”

“Intentional design and impactful amenities have the power to elevate the experience of any space – commercial, residential, or public. As an arts organization, we hope this breakfast at Sanofi will inspire attendees to think boldly and build creatively designed spaces throughout our community,” added co-chair Becky Button.

The panel discussion at this year’s Commercial Real Estate Breakfast will feature key players who contributed to Sanofi’s state-of-the-art facility:

  • Gabriella D’Italia, Artist and Writer
  • Meaghan Hollywood, Senior Director of Global Real Estate, Sanofi
  • Keenan Hughes, Vice President – Planning & Development, SJP Properties
